Mindful Birther Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is for yoga teachers with a minimum of 200 hrs in training who are interested in learning how to offer pregnant people a safe, accessible & supportive yoga practice. Mindful Birther Prenatal Yoga classes support, inspire & educate birthers-to-be. 
 
This 85 hour training educates teachers to teach safe prenatal yoga for any stage of pregnancy. Alignment, modifications & sequencing are explored, as well as development of awareness & coping techniques for the physical & emotional changes of pregnancy, stages of labor, birth & postpartum.
 
Mindful Birther Prenatal Yoga combines modern day & time tested birthing techniques alongside traditional yogic practices such as mudras, meditation & breathwork.
