My breath-centered vinyasa sessions integrate clear alignment cues, a moderate pace & subtle body awareness. Each thoughtful sequence strikes a right balance of movement, physical challenge & stillness. Practice is fluid, instruction is clear & there is alway space for breath.
In a commitment to both empower & nurture pregnant students, I infuse accessible transitions, safe modifications & strengthening, with breath work, mental focus & pockets of intentional rest.
In Yin, my approach offers space for a meditative experience while gently nourishing the body’s deeper organ lines, connective tissues & energetic layers. Practice is intentional, supportive, spacious.
I keep myself busy with group sessions, privates, workshops & Teacher Trainings.
