I am available to give private sessions to anyone (of any race, gender identity, age, or body type) in my space or in your home or office.
If you are new to mindful movement, a private lesson is a wonderful place to start.
If you already have a practice but want to dive deeper or prefer a more personal setting as opposed to a group session, private lessons are a sure way to do this.
What makes private sessions unique from a group setting?
I take the time to work with you in order to customize the practice around your individual needs or interests. Each session is specifically designed toward what you want to get out of our time together.

Policy: Payment is required in full by or before lesson. Please allow for 24 hours cancellation. Payment is required for cancellations without 24 hours notice, except for illness, emergency or inclement weather. You are required to sign a waiver agreement prior to our first lesson.
