Prenatal Yoga Series with Portland Yoga Project

Join me for my on going 4 part series of prenatal yoga at the Portland Yoga Project. I believe that prenatal yoga can support a birther physically, mentally & energetically. Expect accessible transitions, safe modifications & strengthening, with breath work, mental focus & intentional rest. This series will include asana, pranayama, pelvic floor awareness & labor prep techniques. Appropriate for all levels & all birthers.
