Prenatal Yoga Series with Portland Yoga Project
Join Kelley Voegelin for another 4 part series of prenatal yoga at the Portland Yoga Project. Kelley believes that prenatal yoga can support a birther physically, mentally & energetically.
Expect accessible transitions, safe modifications & strengthening, with breath work, mental focus & intentional rest. This series will include asana, pranayama, pelvic floor awareness & labor prep techniques. Appropriate for all levels & all birthers.

First Friday Yin
5:30PM- 7PM | $25 *every first Friday of the month.
This class with me is part of a special monthly 90 minute yin class held on the first Friday of each month at the Portland Yoga Project. Expect your practice to be quiet & slow, the yin asana to be held for several minutes, gentle breathwork, meditation & space for supported rest.
