Prenatal Yoga Series with Portland Yoga Project
Join Kelley Voegelin for another 4 part series of prenatal yoga at the Portland Yoga Project. Kelley believes that prenatal yoga can support a birther physically, mentally & energetically.
Expect accessible transitions, safe modifications & strengthening, with breath work, mental focus & intentional rest. This series will include asana, pranayama, pelvic floor awareness & labor prep techniques. Appropriate for all levels & all birthers. Every other Friday in September & October from 5:30pm-6:30pm

Attune to Autumn

Join me for a 90 minute Yin practice on Friday, November 5th at 5:30pm. This quiet & slow practice will target nourishing the body & mind as we step into the depths of late Autumn. Expect your yin asana to be held for several minutes, breathwork, meditation & space for supported rest.
This class with me is part of a special monthly 90 minute yin class held on the first Friday of each month at the Portland Yoga Project.
