Class Descriptions

Gentle: We will flow & move, be still & breathe. Pacing is a bit slower but practice still fluid. Appropriate for all levels.

Vinyasa: This vinyasa class integrates clear alignment cues, a moderate pace & subtle body awareness. Expect some physical challenge along with the subtle layers of practice such as meditation & breath; instruction is clear, practice is fluid. Appropriate for all levels.

Yin: Yin yoga gently nourishes the body’s deeper organ meridians, connective tissues & energetic layers. Expect a handful of poses held from 3-5 minutes each. A *little bit* of gentle movement compliments these longer held Yin postures. Appropriate for all levels.
